RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS
General Returns Information
We want you to love our leather + clothing as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase.
- Returns and exchanges are available for full-price items only. All Sale, Clearance and Markdown items are final sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All Items must be returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
- Any and all items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or credit.
- You are responsible for the cost of the return shipping on any exchange; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change
As permanent markdowns can occur at any time we gladly offer customers a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase.
In order to obtain a price adjustment on any item that has been marked down and added to our "On Sale" section simply contact by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (+1) 740-341-9686 at any time within the fourteen (14) day window. Please include your order number in your email message. Once confirmed we will gladly refund the difference back to your original form of payment or add it to your account as a credit based on your preference.Promotional Markdowns
Promotions and other special offers occur all the time and are temporary. Items purchased with a promotional discount or through any form of promotional offer are not eligible for price adjustments under any circumstances.EXCHANGES:
The original discount or promotional code only applies to items where the same style originally purchased is being exchanged for a different color or size. If you choose to exchange the item for a different style, the discount from the original style purchased cannot be transferred to the new style.
We Make Mistakes Sometimes
Hey, we're not perfect (but we try)! If we've sent you the wrong or damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.

3 Simple Steps to Return or Exchange an Item
Send ALL Returns to the Address Below
- Please complete the return form included with your shipment and include it with the item(s) you are returning.
- Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your replacement item(s).
- Send us the items in the original box (or a different box, as long as it's unmarked) to the address below. We suggest you use USPS Priority Mail or a carrier that provides tracking as Willy + Wade is not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, verified and processed by our returns department the original purchase price of your returned item/s will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
Once the returned item is received, we will immediately process a new order for your exchange, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. You may see a new charge on your credit card statement for the replacement item but the original purchase price of your returned item will be credited back to your original form of payment. Allow approximately two weeks for processing.
